IDCIJST- INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL'S INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY is committed to rigorous, fair, and constructive peer review. All manuscripts are evaluated by two independent domain experts using a structured double-blind process.
Peer review is the backbone of scholarly credibility. IDCIJST- INNOVATION DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL'S INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY reviewers are asked to evaluate manuscripts on originality, methodological soundness, scholarly significance, clarity of argument, and contribution to the journal's research domains. Reviewers are not asked to make editorial decisions — that authority rests with the Editor-in-Chief — but their detailed reports are central to every acceptance or revision decision.
